Malem ini mau posting contoh presentasi dalam bahasa inggris . Sebenernya ini tugas produktif aku waktu uji kompetensi kejuruan, semoga bisa jadi referensi untuk kamu yaaa, Semoga bermanfaat ;)

Good morning class, this morning i'd like to present my presentation with my title "How to handle guest"
Do you know what is the guest?
The guest is person who visits,as for reasons of friendship,duty,travel,business and other.
And the guest office is a person or group of people who want to visit the company or agencies for the sake of personal or official.
The task of a secretary one of them is , received the arrival of the guest in the office. And kinds of the guest in the office is :
A. Friend a management
B. Salesman
C. Goverment
D. Unknown and another.
To received the arival of the guest there are ethical to do a secretary.
First ethics
Stand up,smiling and greeting
Do you know why a secretary must be doing it?
A secretary must be doing it to respect and give impression of fun . Example (good morning , sir? . Can I help you, sir ?)
The second ethics
Ask the identity, and purpose of the arrival.
Ask the identity of the name , organization and other. Example (can I know the name of you, sir?
Third ethics
Give an information needed the guest
A secretary must give information to the guest, but a secretary should know the things a secret or not. Because the things secret only known to the certain people.
The last ethics
Invited sitting,accompany guest,or ask the message to say.
A.invited to sitting if the guest had to wait. Example ( sitdown please,sir. you can wait for five minutes to meet with a departement head of marketinf division)
B. Accompany guest if the guest had to the room. Example we can say (please,sir. I escorted into the marketing room)
C. Ask the message if a people who want to be found not in place. Exampel (I'm sorry sir. Departement head of marketing division is not in the office now. Whether a message to convey, sir? Like that.
And, if the guest left in place , returned to smile and greeting back. Example (thank you mrs. Fatimah , good morning)
Conclusion
A secretary must be good to handle guest,because the good company hanging from knowledge,and attitude a secretary in the company outside,the guest office, or people outside. And a secretary should have a good softskills to handle the guest.
